Collaboration​

1. How can I collaborate with others on a bookmark?​

You can invite others to collaborate on a bookmark by sending them an invitation. Collaborators can add, edit, and comment on shared content.

2. Is there a way to discuss or leave comments on collaborated content?​

Yes, you can leave comments on collaborated content to facilitate discussions and provide feedback. Collaborators can engage in conversations right within the app.

3. How to accept or reject the collaboration?​

You can accept or reject the collaboration invite from the card on the collaboration page. You can also click on the card to view the details of the content in the reader view and accept or reject the collaboration request from there.

4. How to see people who are participating in the collaboration?​

Once you are a part of the collaboration, you can click on the bottom right corner of the card to view all the members collaborating in the document. You can also go inside the reader view and look for the members icon on top right corner and access the members from there.

5. Can I leave the collaboration after accepting it?​

Yes you can leave collaboration anytime you want. You can do so by going in the member's tab (top right in reader view). After opening the members, you can remove yourself from the list by clicking on the remove button.

6. What happens when someone removes me from collaboration?​

If the owner of the file removes you from the collaboration, you’ll be notified regarding the same. You won’t be able to participate anymore in the collaboration. You can, however, still view the file to access the progress till the time you were active in collaboration.

7. I am not the owner of the file, can I add or remove the participants in it?​

No, as a participant in the collaboration, you cannot edit the participants. The owner of the file can add or remove the participants in collaboration.

8. I rejected by mistake, where can I see the rejected invite?​

Once you decline the invite for collaboration, the invite gets deleted. You cannot access it again; the sender would have to send an invite to you again.
